Our headquarters are in Los Angeles California but we are a truly global company with teammembers across the U.S. Europe South America Africa and Asia/Pacific. We have gone to a fully remote working platform so that we can attract the worlds best talent.
All roles at The/Studio are 100 remote from anywhere in the world as long as you have all your tools and a fast stable internet connection!

The Role
We are seeking highly talented and experienced graphic designers who will create designs based on creative briefs and instructions from our customers. Our ideal candidate is someone with strong design skills strong attention to detail and someone who is customercentric who would be willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers.
NOTE: Compensation for this role is outputbased. We can discuss further during the interview.
What Youll Do:
Conceptualize and design graphics based on creative briefs and instructions from Sales and Customer Service.
Generate accurate and complete mockups aligned with invoice details using a checklist to ensure thoroughness.
Edit and revise designs as needed to meet customer expectations.
Upload completed mockups within 24 to 48 hours based on order urgency.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to gather necessary information and validate invoice correctness.
Verify the feasibility of special options to meet production requirements.
Follow procedure guidelines for mockup requests order completion and Free MockUp uploads.
Adhere to minimum duration guidelines for efficient mockup creation considering order prioritization levels.
What Were Looking For:
Experience as a graphic designer in a startup environment or within the ecommerce industry
Ability to meet multiple deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent design and conceptual skills
Excellent sense of style and color
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
