Purpose of the Position
The Sales Assistant will be instrumental in supporting the expansion of a new ecommerce B2B sales channel. Working alongside the cofounder the role involves managing client acquisition communications and lead trackingessential for boosting revenue and longterm client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Research and qualify new B2B leads.
Execute outbound strategy while responding to inbound inquiries.
Maintain CRM (HubSpot) up to date
2. Client Communication & Sales Support
Draft custom proposals and followups
Actively manage prospects in both English and Spanish
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
3. Reporting & Optimization
Assist in revenue tracking and KPI reporting
Support updates to eCommerce listings and price models
Contribute to improving sales conversion rates
4.Coordination & Special Projects
Handle timesensitive requests (labels customization etc.
Support the cofounder with revenuedriven project
