Position Summary: The Inorganic Scientist will play a pivotal role in our R&D team focusing on solution synthesis advanced surface characterization and nano materials development and characterization. This position requires a strong background in inorganic chemistry a proven track record in the industry and the ability to manage global projects and collaborate closely with the process team. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting solution synthesis and developing new inorganic materials.
- Performing advanced surface characterization using techniques such as XPS AFM SEM TEM and other relevant methods.
- Developing and characterizing nano materials to enhance product performance.
- Designing and executing experiments to optimize material properties and performance.
- Collaborating closely with the process team to integrate new materials into product development.
- Managing global projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyzing data preparing technical reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in inorganic chemistry surface characterization and nano materials technology.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment.
- Providing technical support and expertise to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- PhD in Chemistry Materials Science or a related field with a focus on solution synthesis surface characterization and nano materials development.
- Proven industry experience in inorganic synthesis surface characterization and nano materials development with 5 years of experience.

- Proficiency in solution synthesis techniques and advanced surface characterization methods.
