Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Noida Chennai
Experience: 3 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive electrical site plans including oneline diagrams conduit layouts and wiring schematics.
- Assist in the design and drafting of substations transmission interconnections and renewable energy infrastructure.
- Perform technical analyses such as load calculations voltage drop assessments and conduit fill evaluations under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Ensure all electrical designs are compliant with utility requirements NEC IEEE standards and applicable codes.
- Collaborate with civil structural and protection & controls teams to deliver integrated and coordinated site designs.
- Support permitting and regulatory approval processes by preparing detailed plan sets and documentation.
- Participate in field investigations and site visits to gather data and verify asbuilt conditions.
- Maintain organized project documentation revision logs and adhere to CAD standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3 5 years of experience in electrical site design preferably for utilityscale projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD AutoCAD Electrical and/or Civil 3D.
