Job Overview
The IT Technical Services Team is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspects of management and support for Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuration and deployment of enduser workstations.
- Support ongoing IT projects by participating in planning implementation and documentation.
- Help maintain and update IT systems.
- Document IT processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide level 1 helpdesk support for organization.
Qualifications
Education:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Skills & Abilities:
- Basic understanding of hardware operating systems and network systems.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hybrid work environment:Monday Wednesday (onsite) / Thursday Friday (remote)
- Hourly rate: $1722
