Sr. Manager Corporate Events Marketing

This job is hybrid and candidates must be available to work in one of our COE locations: Tampa FL; DC metro area SF Bay Area or Austin TX

Deepwatch is seeking a Sr. Manager Corporate Events Marketing that will support our sales team with the overall development and management of programs campaigns and activities that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This position reports to the VP Field and Channel Marketing.

To be successful this position requires a strong blend of ownership organizational and adaptability skills time management attention to detail flawless capabilities ability to execute in a fastpaced environment along with an ability to build and manage relationships both internally and externally. Youll have 710 years experience working with a variety of sales teams and channel partner types.

In this role youll get to:

  • Align with Sales VPs and Enterprise Account Executives to understand the market trends and customize programs as needed to help drive quota attainment goals
  • Work in a fastpaced environment and execute or support multiple events with competing and everchanging priorities
  • Manage both digital and inperson events successfully
  • Execute and manage events (regional oneday events trade shows conferences etc. including logistics budgeting content development scheduling creative themes and social media strategies
  • Provide event support on strategic employee programs including annual conference sales kick off Town Halls and presidents club
  • Investigate and identify events and conferences targeted to Deepwatch target market
  • Ensure event goals and lead acquisition strategies are aligned with sales objectives and messaging and graphics are consistent with the Deepwatch brand
  • Track event results and metrics to measure success and investment optimizing events as needed
  • Coordinate and execute pre and postevent communications to target audience
  • Work with marketing operations and sales to ensure leads are properly entered routed marketing nurtured and followed up on in a timely manner
  • Possibly assist with other Alliance/ISV Partneroriented events and activities including but not limited to joint seminars and webinars
  • Serve as a role model of Deepwatchs Core Values and coaches and encourages others to model these values
  • Embody the Deepwatch Leadership Attributes of ownership delivering results hiring & developing the best talent in the industry having backbone and ability to disagree and then commit and earning trust

To be successful in this role youll need to:

  • Demonstrate a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Possess a working knowledge of demand generation and lead nurture strategies
  • Are willing to wear many hats and quickly pivot based on changing priorities
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Are able to set up and break down booths and and are able to lift up to 25 lbs. (required)
  • Have a strong sense of urgency
  • Collaborate with and develop positive relationships crossfunctionally
  • Possess strong creative problemsolving skills and poise under pressure
  • Leverage superior communication interpersonal & project management skills
  • Have a solid grasp of reporting and analyzing data
  • Possess threat intelligence XDR EDR VM Intrusion Detection and Incident Response knowledge or experience
  • Possess experience with Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems; Salesforce and Hubspot preferable
  • Are a skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less and a track record of staying on budget
  • Possess writing skills appropriate for demand generation in particular campaign briefs email web and social newsletters and campaign ads; both short form and long form
  • Have people leadership experience
  • Possess 7 years in field marketing or event marketing
  • Think strategically and deliver against business objectives
  • Have a strong work ethic highly responsive and dedicated to program results
  • Are willing to travel up to 3540 required as needed to support events and programs

The anticipated salary range for this role is $155000 to $180000 stock options benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location work experience education and/or skill level.
