Job Description
To plan coordinate and offer medical male circumcision.
Required Minimum Education & Experience
- Clinical Assosciate Degree or Bachelors Degree in Clinical Medical Practice
- VMMC Training Course
- At least 1year experience in a Public Health setting
- Drivers license
Desirable Experience
- At least 1year experience in a surgical setting at a Medical Male Circumcision facility.
Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain and respond to QA assessments.
- Implement Voluntary Male Circumcision Programme at facility level in accordance with Provincial and South African national guide.
- Ensure Comprehensive package of VMMC services available.
- Management of VMMC related adverse events.
- Participate in research projects relevant to the specific field.
- Liaise with the Outreach Officer and Social Mobilisers to ensure effective recruitment of clients.
- Keep abreast with developments in the field.
- Familiar with legislation standards policies and procedures.
