Senior Targeting Analyst Target Materials

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst (Target Materials) to support a federal government client.

Target Materials (TM) Analyst

• Must comply with DoD policy CJCS Manuals and Instructions (CJCSI 3370 CJCSI 3160CJCSM 3162 and USCENTCOM policies/supplements/regulations in addition to division and branch SOPs.
• Shall adhere to established product formats fulfill production deadlines and meet response suspense.
• Possess and maintain NGA and USCENTCOM qualification standards.
• Adhere to polices to conduct Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) using direct registration (controlled tie) multiple image geopositioning (MIG) and resection (uncontrolled tie) techniques on a variety of target types requiring command directed NGA validated mensuration tools to support employment of precision guided munitions.
• Conduct and assist with weaponeering solutions using approved tools and/or guides to achieve desired damage criteria.
• Conduct CDE and produce required graphics.
• Submit collection requests as required to satisfy target material requirements.
• Perform targeting analysis to accomplish battle damage assessment (BDA) produce BDA products and assist with combat assessment.
• Identify and nominate nostrike entities to assigned database.
• Conduct hard and deeply buried target analysis and prepare related products.
• Provide recommended input to DoD and CJCS Manuals/Instructions USCENTCOM/policies/ SOPs and standards for TM production as required.
• Coordinate with external/internal production centers and customers to ensure product delivery within established timelines.
• Respond to RFIs.
• Prepare and present briefings as required.
• This subtask may require flexible support hours outside the standard duty hours ofto include: weekend support TDYs deployments for targeting operations and support to 24/7 targeting operations.

Desired experience:

• Desired minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired education:

• Desired masters degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelors degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience for a total of 17 years as a substitute to the Masters degree.
