Job Description

We work hard to promote the best interests of our clients team and community while delivering excellence through Data Management Data Analytics Agile Software Development Cyber Security and Management Consulting Services.
We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to help our Federal client in facilitating and maturing their Salesforce Deployment program. This involves ensuring that strategy and vision for deployments and software development for the Office of Information and Technology (OIT) are executed and delivered on time.

As a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst you will drive successful implementation of Salesforce solutions for our Federal client by bridging the gap between business needs and technical . Your work will directly contribute to maturing their Salesforce Deployment program and ensuring ontime delivery of missioncritical capabilities.

Transform Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
- Lead the requirements gathering process with stakeholders to clearly define business needs
- Create comprehensive user stories with detailed acceptance criteria that guide development
- Design intuitive Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure business intent is maintained throughout the implementation process
Deliver HighQuality Salesforce Implementations
- Implement custom Salesforce Flows that automate complex business processes reducing manual work and minimizing errors
- Configure Lightning Record Pages that provide users with the right information at the right time
- Create and manage Record Types that ensure proper data organization and access control
- Deploy updates to testing environments and collaborate with QA to validate functionality
Drive Technical Excellence and Process Improvement
- Utilize GitHub and VSCode to maintain code quality and version control
- Implement DevOps practices that streamline the deployment process
- Apply agile methodologies to manage complex projects efficiently
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
What Youll Bring
Essential Experience and Skills
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance
- Seven 7 or more years of general professional experience
- Four 4 or more years of Salesforce implementation experience specifically:
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Designing and implementing Salesforce Flow automations for business process optimization
- Configuring Lightning Record Pages for different user roles and objectives
- Creating and managing Record Types and associated page layouts
- Developing comprehensive user stories with measurable acceptance criteria
- Proficiency with development tools and practices:
- GitHub for collaborative development and version control
- VSCode for efficient code development and customization
- DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
- QA processes and testing environment deployments
Desired Qualifications
- DHS or SECRET current clearance strongly preferred
- Federal government consulting experience is a plus
