About the role

The Team Manager Claims Support 2 is responsible for the effective leadership and management of the highly operational Claims Support 2 team. The Team Manager will be adaptable and agile with strong commercial skill and exceptional people management skills you will manage and coach your employees through the current change and transformation agenda whilst achieving your operational claims administration targets to meet the needs of clients providers and the wider organisation.

About the Team

Reporting to the Senior Manager Payments and Claims Support this role sits within the Service and Operations group in the Clients division who contribute to achieving efficient just and costeffective injury recovery and independence outcomes for those injured in transport accidents.

You will lead a diverse team of approximately 14 direct reports providing handson support effective work allocation and ongoing development to drive high performance.
