We are passionate about driving growth and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team and help guide our financial strategy.
As the Financial Controller you will oversee the financial operations ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance with regulatory requirements and effective financial management. You will play a critical role in strategic planning budgeting and financial forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Lead the annual budgeting process developing financial forecasts and tracking performance against budgets to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during annual audits ensuring all compliance requirements are met and resolving any issues that arise.
Oversee cash flow management including monitoring collections and payments to optimize working capital.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and areas for improvement; present findings and actionable recommendations to the CEO.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles financial regulations and legal compliance issues.
Proficient in accounting software and financial tools (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle); advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
