In collaboration with our valued business partners we deliver new product development (NPI) strategies for product commercialization and provide solutions in the medical industrial defense and renewable energy industries. The Opportunity: Wet Painter
Your Role: The Wet Painter will assist in a variety of functions associated with wet paint tasks as needed. This role will work under the close direction of the Wet Paint Department Manager. You are responsible for preparing and painting various sheet metal products. You will be required to lift and handle parts mask/unmask mix paint and perform any touchup needed for final packaging as well as select and mix paints per provided specifications to thin or promote drying and adhesion.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to the candidate including skill set experience qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $23.00$30.00 per hour.

What Were Looking For:
- Attention to detail
- Exhibits safe work habits
- Quality focused
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Minimum of 2 years industrial painting experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
