What you get to do:

As a FT Supervisor Food & Beverage you will help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the getgo. Supervisors model and perform the highest standards of service as they foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with.

You will:

• Ensure food quality guest service profit enhancement ambassador satisfaction and facility sanitation commitments are maintained to standards
• Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements expectations and needs
• Daily inspection of all assigned locations for Safety and Health Standards
• Supervise and train ambassadors
• Prepare and track daily reports such as Prep Calculators and Waste Logs
• Address concerns and resolve problems
• Plan assign and direct work
• Order and maintain product and supplies
• Create and update ambassador weekly schedules
• Contact maintenance as necessary to maintain proper operation of all equipment and facility
• Maintain repair log and control labor cost
• Cover Culinary Department Duty Manager shifts as needed
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws including interviewing hiring and training ambassadors; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Assist other locations and areas throughout the park as needed
• Other duties assigned

What Else is Important:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of management experience in a highvolume food and beverage establishment
• Experience in a theme park environment preferred
• F&B safety certifications including ServSafe Manager required within first 6 (six) months of hire
• Must be able to lift push pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights if needed
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling squatting bend floorto waist/waisttooverhead reach overhead simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes dust odors and cold/heat temperature extremes
• Possession of a knowledge of computer programs and databases including Excel PowerPoint and Outlook required; Knowledge of MMS preferred
• Perform cleaning duties including use of cleaning chemicals
• Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need to include opening mid and closing shifts; nights weekends and holidays
• Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities
