Prelude Australia is a notforprofit organisation dedicated in supporting children (birth to 12 years) with developmental delays and disabilities. We deliver early childhood intervention and therapy services under the NDIS Medicare and Private Services.
We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist on a part time or fulltime basis across our Kurri Kurri and Maitland sites.
About the Physiotherapist Role:
You will directly lead supports as the Key Worker with the family developing a holistic picture of the child and family and deliver routinesbased interventions. The Key Worker also acts as a link between the family and the transdisciplinary team and coordinates consultative services from other team members through joint visits consultation and direct services as required based on the childs and familys individual needs. You will directly or indirectly provide support as a consultant on the childs team.
