Job Description
Newtown Veterinary Specialists is looking to add an additional Surgeon to the team!
Newtown Veterinary Specialists (NVS) is a leading veterinary practice dedicated to providing highquality compassionate care to pets in the Newtown CT area. Our stateoftheart facility is equipped with the latest technology and our team consists of skilled professionals passionate about animal health.
We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivatedboardcertified Surgeon or residency trained clinician to help us continue providing exceptional surgical care for our patients. An ideal candidate would be experienced in soft tissue and oncologic procedures. As a key member of our medical team you will perform a variety of advanced surgical procedures work closely with our specialists and clients and provide expert care to our patients.
Qualifications:
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Board certification or boardeligible in surgery (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in performing advanced surgical procedures.
