Job Description

Tenant Insurance Success Manager

The Tenant Insurance Success Manager is responsible for driving longterm satisfaction retention and growth across a portfolio of insurance partners. This role manages complex client relationships oversees key performance metrics and serves as the primary liaison between Storable and its insurance partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled communicator with the ability to present to executivelevel stakeholders manage crossfunctional initiatives and execute with precision on administrative responsibilities.

This individual will own the client experience endtoendbuilding deep relationships ensuring optimal product adoption and performance and executing business reviews that drive mutual value. The Tenant Insurance Success Manager combines strong organizational discipline with strategic insight to influence partner outcomes and internal alignment across Sales Product and Client Success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Strategic Management

  • Own the entire lifecycle of partner successfrom onboarding to ongoing performance management and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as clients trusted advisors providing insight into product usage performance metrics and best practices.
  • Proactively monitor customer health communicate risk and opportunity and drive retention and growth strategies.

ExecutiveLevel Communication & Business Reviews

  • Prepare and deliver impactful executive business reviews aligning stakeholders on goals performance and future strategy.
  • Create compelling presentations that translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Lead strategic conversations with senior client and internal stakeholders coordinating across teams to ensure unified messaging and followup.

Product Adoption & Risk Mitigation

  • Guide partners through product adoption by connecting business needs with platform capabilities.
  • Keep partners informed on product roadmap and feature releases driving continued value through new functionality.
  • Identify potential risks early develop and execute mitigation plans and escalate appropriately to internal leadership.

Operational & Administration

  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer health account plans meeting notes and followups.
  • Leverage CRM and internal tools to manage tasks ensure accountability and drive efficiency across daily operations.
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics such as Net Portfolio Growth Client Retention and Customer Satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7 years of clientfacing account management experience within SaaS platforms preferably within the storage or multifamily industry.
  • Prior experience with Insurance products/services.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Property & Casualty License or the willingness to obtain it.
