General Manager Needed for Location in Indianapolis!!

You might be assisting a disabled Veteran one day or the parents of a special needs child. Another day you might be working with someone whos recovering from a major life event and seeks to drive once again and wants to eliminate dependence on others for transportation to appointments. Youll have the opportunity to work with innovative products that include wheelchairaccessible vehicles mobility seating options hand controls scooters and wheelchair lifts and a variety of other driving aids. Youll be helping bring mobility and independence to people of all ages and various stages of life while building relationships for continued service and ongoing assistance. The General Manager assumes responsibility and is accountable for customer retention and the profitability of each department in the dealership.

General Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of management experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Focused on and Accountable for Results Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for profitability in all departments of the dealership
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments
  • Hire mentor and monitor the performance of all employees
  • Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
  • Review KPIs daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
  • Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to all staff
  • Assist Mobility Consultantsin closing deals and attracting more customers
