Are you a seasoned leader with extensive experience in asset management or brokerage services Do you have the strategic vision to drive growth manage investment portfolios and lead a team to excellence We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Head of Asset Management to lead our asset management division. This is an exciting opportunity to join our project and make a significant impact on our investment strategies and client outcomes.

As the Head of Asset Management you will be responsible for establishing developing and eventually also overseeing the strategic direction operations and performance of the Asset Management division. You will manage a team of portfolio managers risk analysts IT and operations specialists ensuring that our clients receive outstanding investment solutions and exceptional service. Your leadership will directly contribute to the banks overall financial success while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Asset Management team ensuring alignment with the banks broader goals and vision.

• Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of client assets ensuring strong performance optimal riskadjusted returns and client satisfaction.

• Investment Strategy & Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of innovative investment strategies across asset classes while keeping up with market trends and economic forecasts.

• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure the team adheres to regulatory requirements risk management protocols and internal policies. Mitigate risk while delivering superior returns.

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth clients and other stakeholders. Provide clear insightful communication and regular updates on portfolio performance.

• Team Development: Build and manage a highperforming team of investment professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration continuous learning and performance excellence.

• Financial Performance: Oversee the financial performance of the Asset Management division ensuring profitability efficient cost management and growth.

• Collaboration:Work closely with senior management other business units and stakeholders across the bank to ensure a seamless delivery of financial products and services to clients.

• Education: A Masters degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field is required. An MBA CFA or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management or investment management with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a team or department.

• Industry Expertise: Indepth understanding of international financial markets investment products asset allocation and portfolio management. Experience in managing both traditional and alternative assets is a plus.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams manage senior stakeholders and drive results. Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.

• ClientFacing Experience: Extensive experience in client relationship management particularly with affluent clients and highnetworth individuals.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards governing asset management and financial services.

• Communication: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex investment strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
