Job Description
Description of the role:
The Sales Assistant at Helms Bros MercedesBenz will be responsible for providing support to the sales team in achieving their targets and assisting customers in their carbuying journey.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and follow up on potential customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the carbuying process
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in choosing the right vehicle
- Coordinate and schedule test drives for customers
- Assist in processing paperwork financing and insurance documentation
- Handle customer complaints and find appropriate resolutions
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with automotive industry and knowledge of MercedesBenz vehicles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
- Proficient in computer systems and software
