Foundation Medical Partners an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Nashua NH! This role is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing care in a community setting.
About this position:
- Fulltime 36 clinical hours per week) with flexible scheduling
- Existing practice with 3 Endocrinologistsand 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- 100 consultative with thyroid ultrasound and radioactive iodine therapyonsite
- Diabetic educators and nutritionists onsite
- Fully integrated Epic EMR system
- Established physician and patient referral base
