Job Summary:
The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing daily support on hardware software and network issues to end users. The role involves identifying researching and resolving technical problems and responding to telephone calls emails and inperson requests for support. The coordinator will document track and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and follow up with users to confirm successful problem resolution. Responsibilities include user and event support with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in Level 1 helpdesk support as part of TMobile Center. This position will assist with other venue technology as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Management of escalation emergency and daytoday customer support ITrelated issues including identifying hardware and software issues and assist in facilitating resolution. Hardware/Software including but not limited to laptops desktops cell phones mobile devices and virus control.
- Provide onsite dedicated IT support to all events at TMobile Center.
- Assist implementation of ASM Corporate IT projects and standard practices at TMobile Center.
- Manage network and telecom needs for local staff and events to include patching/extending circuits and ports pulling wire punch downs crossconnects and phone placement.
- Troubleshoot LAN and WAN issues under Director and ASM Global Network team supervision.
- Maintain management and tracking of all IT assets including but not limited to cables phones desktops laptops event support equipment.
- Will work with various 3rd parties to facilitate manage and execute any special event IT requirements or IT operational issues.
- Will be required to configure and maintain various network devices in TMobile Centers network environment using industry best practices.
- Will be required to maintain uptodate documentation and diagrams for the TMobile Center network.
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge Skills and Education):
- A minimum education level of a High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 24 years of related work experience.
- Highlevel knowledge of applicable computer software and hardware.
- Strong working knowledge of desktops laptops and various mobile devices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills including the ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks and follow through to completion of tasks or projects.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to position self to carry and maintain access to computer equipment & cables on & under desks server closets and telephone rooms.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively developing and maintaining positive working relationships.
- This position requires the ability to work flexible sometimes long hours which include nights weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Constant operation of computer and other office productivity equipment/machinery.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications (Job Knowledge Skills and Education):
Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree computer science or related field.
Strong working knowledge of Cisco network devices.
Ability to perform Vlan switching and switch port activation
Highfocused support of TCP/IP protocols DNS and DHCP.
Strong knowledge of WiFi spectrums channels and troubleshooting.
