Education: MBA HR
Experience: Min4 Years in Manufacturing Generalist HR
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling Various Statutory Compliances.
- Handling Time attendance system.
- Employee counseling and resolution of employee issues at the functional level.
- Handling Contract Labour and Contractor monthly billing.
- Monitoring of security guards on periodical basis & Surprise visits
- Formulated SOP for security System
- Responsible for new joining hiring & Employee separation process
- Coordinate with monthly payroll processing
- Statutory Compliance related to contract labor management
- Contractor Bill Verification in line with Audit.
- Initiated biometrics attendance system and successfully implemented.
- Union Handling
