Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Human Resourcesto leadHR Operationswhile also managingTalent Acquisition(NonIT). This role involves overseeing payroll HRIS and compliance while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
- Overseepayroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and reviewHRISfor data integrity reporting and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence tolabor lawsand statutory compliance (PF ESIC gratuity etc..
- Maintain and updateHR policiesin line with regulations.
- Supportinternal and external auditswith necessary documentation.
Talent Acquisition (NonIT)
- Driveendtoend recruitmentfor nonIT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
- UtilizeATS job portals and networkingfor sourcing top talent.
- Track and improverecruitment metricsfor hiring efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 34 yearsof experience inHR operations payroll and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge ofHRIS compliance and recruitment trends.
- Proficiency inATS and payroll systems.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.
- Full time MBA in Human Resources is preferred
- Prior experience in the ecommerce sector is preferred
