About the Role: This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader to step into a mentorshipbased transition plan working alongside the current owner to learn the business inside and out. You will gain insight into the operations build relationships with employees and clients and gradually assume full leadership responsibilities. This position offers the chance to take over and lead a thriving remodeling company with a dedicated team and a solid client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the current owner to understand business operations company culture and strategic goals.
Develop strong relationships with employees subcontractors and longstanding clients.
Oversee daily business functions including project management sales financials and customer service.
Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Lead and develop the team ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
Identify opportunities for business growth process improvement and expansion.
Eventually assume full leadership and ownership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
10 years of experience in residential remodeling construction management or a similar industry.
Proven leadership and business management skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Strong financial acumen including experience with budgeting forecasting and profitability management.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
A passion for craftsmanship customer satisfaction and driving business success.
