What Were Looking For
- Local to the Richmond Virginia area or willing to work in this region.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and installation.
- Experience improving accuracy reducing rework and enhancing installation quality.
- Excellent communication and training skills for inperson and remote instruction.
- Ability to develop and execute QA/QC standards beyond current workflows.
- Skilled in problem identification troubleshooting and solution implementation.
- Commitment to maintaining quality documentation and electrical safety standards.
- Experience conducting scope reviews on installations exceeding 1000 volts.
- Ability to assist with cable pulling tension calculations and pulling plans.
- Willingness to obtain NFPA 70E professional certification (if not already certified).
- Experience creating Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for critical field activities such as energizations commissioning and outages.
- Ability to audit field and internal processes for compliance with Lighthouse Electrics quality standards.
- Willing to travel within the Richmond area for various projects
- Experience with and a deep understanding of the IBEW (Preferably Local 666
