About the role and the impact you will offer:
Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up operating maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e. machining processing assembly or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool chemical processing assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications schedules volume/cost/wastage targets and quality standards Moving packing and sorting raw materials or finished goods Monitoring the quality of output to identify discard or remanufacture faulty products Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
The position requires climbing stairs/ladders bending lifting pushing pulling sitting and standing for 12 hour shift duration on a rotating 3 on 3 off schedule.
Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency.
When determining final compensation we take into consideration: skillset job scope knowledge prior experience cost of living market data budget availability and other factors as permitted by law.
Starting pay for this position is $30.83/hour.
