Responsibilities:
- Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans.
- Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations.
- Performs as the lead member of an interdisciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.

Talents skills and abilities:
- An advanced degree (MS MA PhD) in Psychology Social Work or related field.
- Requires three 3 years of direct work experience and must be certified in Behavior Analysis.
- In addition and as a condition of continued employment AWAREs BCBA must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state federal governing boards and other such certification boards
