Sie berichten an den Produktionsleiter und sind als Maschineneinrichter Teil des ProduktionsTeams und dafr verantwortlich Maschinen in unserer SAW (Surface Accoustic Wave) Produktion einzurichten.
Was macht diese Position besonders
In dieser Position bearbeiten Sie eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen im Zusammenhang mit BackendFertigungstechnologien fr Surface Acoustic Wave Filter und Oszillatoren.
Anforderungen und Aufgaben dieser Position:
- Wirebonding
- Diebonding
- Feinabstimmung
- Deckelplatzierung
- Flip chip bonding
- Arbeiten mit Arbeitsanweisungen und Prfanforderungen nach dokumentierten Prozessen
- Bereitschaft und Fhigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Produktivitt
Reporting to the Production Manager you will be part of the production team responsible for setting up machines in our SAW production (Surface Acoustic Wave) line.

- Work with work instructions and inspection requirements in accordance with documented processes
- Willingness and ability to collaborate with other relevant departments to ensure high productivity
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung Techniker oder hhere Qualifikation
- Verstndnis fr technische Zusammenhnge
- Fhigkeit zur feinmotorischen Handarbeit unter dem Mikroskop
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
Arbeitsweise
- Gutes technisches und elektronisches Verstndnis zur Untersttzung der Fertigungsanlagen.
- Abteilungsbergreifende Teamarbeit
- Hohe Zuverlssigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
- Completed technical training technician or higher qualification
- Understanding for technical relationships
- Fine motoric hand work under microscope
- Microsoft office knowledges

- Good German language skills are required
