Dining Room Hospitality Host/Hostess
At ChickfilA Centennial Hills we believe in unreasonable hospitality and leaving people better than you found them. In this role you will own the dining room and be responsible for the guest experience cleanliness and ensuring we are offering second mile service to EVERY guest that walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Unreasonable Hospitality
oListen to Simon Sineks Podcast about Unreasonable Hospitality
oRead the Book Unreasonable Hospitality
Smile greet and give fond farewells
Build relationships with the guests
Anticipate Needs:
oBeverage Refreshes
oNapkins condiments placemats for babies or children
oHigh chairs or booster seats for little ones
oOpen the door as they leave or enter
oTake orders at the table if they are a guest who might need extra help
Handicapped
Mom or dad with kids
Elderly
Clear trays and any leftovers from the table
Guests should get up only for the 2 Ps. POTTY OR PARKING LOT
Dining Room Cleanliness
oTables wiped clean
oTrash cleared from tables
oTrash taken out in the dining room
oFloors swept throughout the day
oFloors mopped after lunch and dinner rushes
oBathrooms stocked and clean
oParking lot sweep
oOutside trash cans
oRugs swept
oWindows and door handles wiped clean
Keep condiment counter stocked
Surprise and Delight
oFree Dessert
oMini Moo
Sample new products when time permits
Pass out flyers for Family Nights
oBe able to answer questions about our weekly events
Answer questions about catering events or hiring
