• Leeds

• Sunderland

Caregiver Requirements:

• Experience caring for elderly and/or disabled individuals
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required
• Compassionate provider of personal care homemaking and companion services
• Certification preferred but not required
• Experience with Alzheimers Dementia and Hospice care preferred but not required
• Criminal Background Record Check
• A minimum of 4references 2 personal and 2 professional)
• Recent TB test completed within the past year

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed.
• Launder clothing and linens to maintain a clean living environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers ensuring their safety at all times.
• Assist with medication reminders
