Position Overview:
As the RNC ASM you will play a crucial role in expanding Aeroseals presence in the residential construction market by directly engaging with potential and current home builders. This will involve traveling within the assigned territory to meet with builders HERS raters and dealers to promote and demonstrate Aeroseals products negotiate sales contracts and influence the adoption of innovative solutions in new construction projects. A successful candidate will be a driven selfstarter with a hunter mentality confident in engaging in technical conversations and capable of building strong relationships with customers to grow and maintain the sales pipeline.
