Sentara RMH Orthopedics and Spine Center is now hiring a FullTime Athletic Trainer in Harrisonburg VA!
Hours:MondayFriday Dayshift. NO NIGHTS HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS!
Overview
The Athletic Trainer will evaluate advise treat and educate athletes who experience athletic related injuries or illnesses to maintain peak physical fitness. Travel with team and be available at sports events and during practices to offer prevention maintenance and assistance.
Education
- Bachelors degree Athletic Training or Physical Therapy
Certification/Licensure
- Licensed Athletic Trainer or Athletic Trainer Certified or eligible for LAT or ATC exam
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days from hire
- Valid license in state of practice
Experience
- 40 hours Clinical experience preferred
