Job Description
Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor
Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and the customer service experience. At Fitzgerald Auto Malls every one of our associates believes in treating our customers the way they would want to be treatedwith honesty respect and dignity thats the FitzWay.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our dealership
Listen to customer concerns and provide recommendations for services and repairs
Schedule appointments and communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle
Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Communicate with technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are completed
Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed on each vehicle
Complete Manufacturer required training
Requirements:
Integrity a positive attitude passion to succeed and a willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
Proficient in computer software and systems
Valid drivers license
