Qualification:
Must have Masters Degree or higher related to GIS.
Must becertified remote Sensing Solution Developer.
Must becertified Solution Developer Level 2 or 3.
Must becertified Satellite Images Terrain Analysis.
Must becertified Satellite Images Subseting and Mosaicking.
Must becertified Satellite Images Enhancement.
Must becertified remote Sensing Specialist.
Must becertified MPSI.
Must becertified Esri.
Required Experience:
At least 15 years of experience as a GISdeveloper developing using Esri based products.
Esricertified in any of the available Esri certifications.
Provensolid understanding of RDBM systems (SQL Server is required).
Deepunderstanding of ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Online EnterpriseGeodatabase and other ArcGIS Apps.
Soundknowledge of ArcGIS Model Builder and Python.
Soundknowledge of ArcGIS RESTFUL APls.
DevelopingGIS applications with good experience in Esri products
AutoCAD MicroStation SQL Server Oracle Visual Basic C#JAVA ASP aspx .Net ADO .NET objectoriented programming development
tools & case tool utility.
Expert in Webapplications & Webservices Developmentusing various programming tools including VS ADO JS Scripting JQuery
JSONVB script Java HTML & Python.
Sound knowledge in PC Mainframe Servers LAN WANVirtualization internet and Intranet environment. Familiar with Microsoft andUnix OS.
Experience developing with modern web UI frameworks(JavaScript Silverlight Flex)
Demonstratedexperience configuring and customizing the ArcGIS Desktop user tools commandsand user interface using programming
languages APls and techniques supportedby Esri.
Englishand Arabic fluency is a must.
Technical Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Supervision and Consultation through all phases ofGIS projects development.
Preparesand submits weekly reports to the Project Manager
Responsiblefor the design creation and maintenance of custom web GIS mapping.
Responsiblefor design coding implementation and support of the Esri geospatial softwareapplications.
Designingdeveloping integrating and maintaining webbased GIS applications.
Assistingwith configuring and maintaining GIS systems applications and the GISdatabase.
Abilityto gather define and document requirements in highly dynamic environments.
Abilityto work effectively in a distributed team environment.
DevelopingGIS applications and Managing development projects.
Settingand improving development standards
Evaluatingtools and packages.
Activelysupporting Urban Planning projects for different Departments and different . Working with planners engineers
senior managers on their GISneeds and inquiries.
Webapplications& Webservices design & implementation using various programming toolsincluding VS ADO JS Scripting VB script
Java HTML.
SupportLocal staff to improve their skills and expertise in GIS.
Do other assignments asrequested.
