Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelors degree preferred with 3 years of related CTE and CCMR data reporting.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
- Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets databases and do word processing
- Proficient typing keyboarding and file maintenance skills
- Ability to meet established deadlines
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Three years experience in CTE and CCMR student data entry and tracking position requiring collecting and entering data; experience maintaining certification CCMR and student attendance records specifically related to CTE weighted funding for reporting accurate coding.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of federal and state codes governing CTE education
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written); interpret policy procedures and data specifically related to CTE and CCMR
- Ability to manage budget and aligned codes
- Ability to interpret data trends and projections
- Ability to maintain a positive optimistic mindset
- Record keeping in database and hard copy including experience in tracking and maintaining outcomes
- Grants administration specifically related to Perkins and CTE/CCMR funded grants
PEIMS Reporting Duties:
- Support PEIMS department Maintaining student transfer upon request in Info Snap online enrollment system to process student records being available on the current campus specifically related to CTE.
- Support the Reporting Pupil Enrollment Tracking (PET) for districts to track enrollment of student moving throughout Texas which enroll in Local Education Agencies (LEA). Work with campus registrars to resolve duplicate enrollment showing on district file specifically related to CTE and identifying pathway completers status to track for reporting.
- Support campuses with working in the Student Information System for processing student data collection specifically related to CTE and CCMR data.
- Assist the General PEIMS Director with campus data during submission of Fall MidYear and Summer PEIMS if necessary. Work with the new TSDS PEIMS system data reports and verify data to ensure the accuracy of information specifically related to CTE.
- Work with the General PEIMS Director on the assignment of UNIQUE ID through the TSDS system for new staff or students according to TEA requirements.
- Will attend all required PEIMS training at the ESC or vendor sites according to training schedule provided specifically related to CTE.
- Any other duties required.
Instructional and Program Management
- Facilitate planning and application of technologies in career and technology education program
- Ensure that curriculum and/or licensure renewals are monitored and met.
- Maintain knowledge of CTE and CCMR policies and graduation requirements established by federal and state law State Board of Education rule and local board policy.
- Compile maintain file and present CTE and CCMR reports records and other documents as required.
Budget and Inventory
- Maintain records regarding the information services and technology budget to ensure that programs are costeffective and funds are managed wisely.
- Compile budget and cost estimates based upon documented program needs.
- Maintain a current CTE inventory of supplies and equipment with a tracking process to recommend the cycle replacement of equipment when necessary.
- Requisition and process purchase orders for CTE and CCMR supplies and inventory.
Communication and Community Relations
- Attend professional growth activities to keep abreast of innovations in information management and technology services.

Mental Demands/Environmental Factors:
Work with frequent interruptions maintain emotional control under stress. Occasional prolonged or irregular hours.
Physical Demands:
Some district wide travel as assigned; Ability to transport materials/supplies to campuses as needed. Some lifting and carrying of objects around 25 pounds may be required on an infrequent basis.
