Role: Robotics Simulation Engineer
Location Bangalore
Notice: Immediate to 15 days Only
Exp: 35 Years / 58 Years
Key Skills:BIWRoboticssimulation AutomotiveDelmia V5 3DX Robotic Cell preparation Kinematics Tool/Gun validation OLP.
on Robotic simulation in Automotive manufacturing process.
in:
a. Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding MIG welding riveting Adhesive & Sealing Stud welding material handling.
b. Experience on hemming clinching laser welding screwing will be an added advantage.
c. Experience on identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes.
d. Experience on Fixture tool & Gun Kinematics.
e. Experience on Tool validation weld spot distribution work cell preparation weld gun finalization robot path preparation.
f. Handson experience with Fanuc Motoman KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage.
g. Experience on layout optimization.
h. Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be flexible and able to manage complexity.
l. Awareness on RCS OLP documentation cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage.
