Brad Deery Motors located in Maquoketa IAis hiring experienced technicians to join our high volume Service Department!
We are a leading automotive dealership committed to providing topnotch service to our valued customers. We take pride in our team of skilled professionals who ensure that our customers vehicles are in excellent condition. As we continue to grow we are looking for experienced Level 2 or 3 Certified Service Technicians to join our dynamic team.

As a Level 2 or 3 Certified Service Technician for Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM vehicles at Brad Deery Motors you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest industry standards. Youll work with cuttingedge technology and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose repair and service Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM vehicles
- Perform warranty work and recalls
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Accurately document all work performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service
- Stay uptodate with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 Certification for Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / RAM
- 3 Years technician experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Proficient with automotive repair tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Must have a minimum of three years experience as a Service Technician
