PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Provides customer service marketing and administrative assistance to the location personnel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing copying binding scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone email and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Assist in monthly customer statement distribution.
- Coordinates schedules and prepares for meetings as requested.
- Answers phone and communicates with appropriate personnel to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Always demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Pays close attention to detail prioritizes work daily and displays organization skills to keep up with continuously changing demands.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assists department staff as needed.
- Occasionally may be asked to drive and run local errands as requested.
- Follows GROWMARKs Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program Environmental Health and Safety OSHA and DOT policies and procedures as they apply.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Educations and Experience
Must be pursuing a degree or certification from a community college technical college or university and in good academic standing at the time the internship begins.

- Proven teambuilding skills and the ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
- Demonstrated planning organization time management and problemsolving skills.

Other Requirements
- Ability to work hours other than those considered normal at various times throughout the year to meet deadlines and demands.

- Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARKs policies and procedures and additional training related to the positions requirements.
