Inside Sales Representative Industrial Valve Manufacturer
Location: North Side of Chicago
GRS Recruiting has partnered with a wellestablished Industrial Valve Manufacturer in their search for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable familyowned company that values worklife balance and fosters a supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inside sales and customer service support for industrial valve and process control products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in industrial process markets such as oil & gas power petrochemical and water/wastewater.
Process orders manage inquiries and provide product recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Utilize an ERP platform to manage customer accounts and sales activities (preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service preferably within the valve pump instrumentation or actuator industries.
Strong communication skills with a customercentric approach.
Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Computer literate; experience working with an ERP system is a plus.
