Job Description
As a ServiceNow Developer you will play a critical role in configuring developing and maintaining our ServiceNow implementation to meet digital transformation goals. You will collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to understand their needs propose solutions and deliver value through enhanced ServiceNow functionalities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement ITSM OMT TSM and TSOM modules.
- Create and maintain Forms Reports Views Workflows Dashboards and tool integrations (e.g. Elastic Netcool).
- Support application upgrades business process flows and ticket/order management capabilities in ServiceNow.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and integrate with other platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and apply UI/UX requirements to ServiceNow development.
- Support data migration CMDB integration and documentation best practices.
Requirements
- US Citizenship and DoD Secret clearance required.
- Active IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security).
- 48 years of professional experience or 26 years with a related Masters degree.
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience and upgrade knowledge.
- Strong customer service communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Familiarity with Agile development and ITIL.
- Experience with JIRA Git Confluence and AWS.
- Background in DevOps/DevSecOps CI/CD and test automation.
