Rethink Mental Illness are hiring a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Cavendish Lodge Leamington Spa.

Cavendish Lodge provides support and recovery services 24hrs a day offering assistance and encouragement in daily living skills personal support finances and rehabilitation. CQC Registered Nursing Home service is for people with a severe and enduring mental illness.
Overview of a Mental Health Recovery Worker role:
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
