Baylor University is seeking an Athletics Performance Coach Olympic Sports to support the mission and vision of the University within the Athletics Department.
A Bachelors Degree and at two years of relevant work experience is required. A Masters and a three years of relevant work experience is preferred. This position also requires one of the two national certifications: CSCS or SCCC. All applicants need First Aid CPR and AED certifications. Once obtained all certifications must remain current and not expired. Selfstarter who works efficiently. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be able to collaborate with sport coaches and team support staff members to provide appropriate physical preparation programming to studentathletes and teams. Collect monitor and disseminate performance and wellness metrics. Knowledge of and adherence to Baylor University Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.
