Job Description

The Human Resources team in Belgium is looking for an enthusiastic Manager HRBP Supply Chain Belgium located in our Distribution Center (EDC) in Sint Niklaas.

This role is reporting directly to the Head of HR in Belgium. In the Belgium DCs we are managing the distribution of VFowned brands The North Face Eastpak and Kipling.

You as Manager HRBP Supply Chain Belgium is responsible for supporting the organizations business strategy by effectively managing human resources across the teams of Supply Chain in Belgium including DCs Belgium Logistics & Customs employees 400 HC). Key activities include recruiting white collars talent management Workforce planning policy development (in alignment with HR Belgium Operations) employee relations overseeing HR programs and Projects. This role ensures that HR initiatives align with and support business goals focusing on the performance of the DCs.

Besides the frequent contact with the DCs associates you will have daily contact the HR team in Belgium as well as with labour unions & HR systems providers.

Your job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple HR functions and HR COEs supporting the implementation of HR processes and programs
  • Partner with the business leaders to identify key talent assess skill gaps and implement training and development programs to address future business needs in cooperation with Talent Development & HR Generalist
  • Anticipate and plan for short/mediumterm human resource needs and trends leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and insights to drive actions
  • Drive HR initiatives in line with HR Global objectives
  • Support administration of HR programs related to talent management people development compensation and benefits workforce planning employee relations purpose and culture etc cooperation with HR Belgium Operations team and HR Generalist
  • Support daytoday operational HR responsibilities with some involvement in strategic initiatives
  • Work on organizational design projects to support the evolution of the organization in alignment with business needs and priorities
  • Support and coach line managers on peoplerelated topics
  • Act as first point of contact for HR related matters for the employees within the assigned population

Skills for success

  • Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written In Dutch & English
  • Resultsoriented with a commitment to driving performance problem solver
  • Adaptability and flexibility in response to organizational change.
  • Excellent relationship skills and ability to interact with people of different levels
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complexity
  • Analytical and able to utilize data and insights to support business decision
  • Knowledge of HRIS is a plus (Workday Protime)
