Job Description
At ENDVR were focused on empowering the worlds best action sport optical outdoor and lifestyle brands to connect with instore associates. Were the digital platform focused on sales in the physical world making it easy for brands to engage with retail sales associates to drive sales share product knowledge promote their brand and gather data to measure success in realtime.
About the role:
Were looking for a strategic and handson Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and directly own the Product Marketing and reporting responsibilities within the team. Youll own the full marketing strategy from product marketing to content and demand generation and manage a small but mighty team. Youll work closely with Product Growth Sales RevOps and Customer Success to align our brand messaging and campaigns with user growth customer acquisition and revenue expansion goals.
What youll do:
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Own and execute our endtoend marketing strategy aligned to PLG Sales and CS motions
- Lead OKR planning in collaboration with the CRO and Chief of Staff
- Manage and coach a team of three: Partnerships Manager Content Marketing Specialist and Demand Generation Manager
- Align crossfunctionally on product launches sales priorities and growth initiatives
- Positioning Messaging & Enablement
- Define ICPs buyer personas and segmentation strategy
- Create compelling messaging and positioning frameworks by segment
- Lead product and feature launch planning with Product and Growth
- Partner with Sales/CS on enablement content and win/loss insights
- Demand Generation
- Own strategy and across paid organic and partner channels
- Optimize lead scoring nurture workflows and campaign analytics
- Build strategic partnerships and run events to drive SQLs
- Content & Brand
- Set and lead content strategy to support SEO brand awareness and thought leadership
- Ensure consistent storytelling and brand voice across all channels
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to scale content production
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Report regularly on marketing performance and team impact
- Continuously refine strategy and based on data insights
Youll Thrive If You...
- Have 35 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience ideally in a PLG environment
- Have led crossfunctional marketing programs and managed direct reports
- Are a strong storyteller and strategist who can balance bigpicture vision with tactical
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Know your way around modern marketing stacks (HubSpot Wordpress Intercom etc.
- Are datadriven curious and energized by fastpaced environments
- Love working across teams and wearing multiple hats
- Enjoy being remote but if youre living in Montreal be open to spending time in the office too
- Experience in earlystage highgrowth SaaS startups
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile would be a benefit
