Seeking a skilled Artisan in KwaZulu Natal. Our company is looking for a dedicated and experienced artisan to join our team at our plant in Westmead KwaZulu Natal.

Job Summary:

The Artisan is responsible for Maintaining all equipment and facilities in the KZN region. This includes but not limited to mechanical and building general maintenance for all buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance of all buildings within KZN

Management of subordinates

General administration

Ability to work as part of a treatment/maintenance team

Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency

Technical and administrative competencies

Physically fit and able to do physical work

Prepared to work standby callouts and overtime when required

Timekeeping and punctuality with attention to detail is essential

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability

Trade tested qualified Artisan (Olifantsfontein trade tested advantageous)

5 years post qualifications experience in equipment plant and facilities management

Electrical Experience advantageous

Mechanical Experience essential

Facility maintenance experience advantageous (Building Repairs and Maintenance)
