About the Role Quality Management Systems Specialist Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to meet industry standards and regulations. Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure product/service excellence. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions to address quality issues. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Lead internal audits supplier evaluations and compliance assessments. Collaborate with engineering production and operations teams to optimize processes. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Six Sigma Lean or other industry standards. Train and mentor employees on quality best practices and process improvements. Manage customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution of qualityrelated issues. Stay up to date with emerging quality trends tools and regulatory requirements. Required Skills Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes. Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of ISO 9001 Six Sigma Lean or other quality standards. Ability to train and mentor employees on quality best practices. Desirable Skills Certification in quality management (e.g. CQM CQE). Experience with quality audits and compliance assessments. Knowledge of industryspecific quality requirements. Education Qualification Bachelors degree in Quality Management Engineering or related field.
