Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to support students academic and social success.
- Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation fluency receptive and expressive language and pragmatic communication skills.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal student outcomes.
- Collaborate with educators administrators and families to support students communication goals in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate documentation progress reports and compliance with IEP requirements using our streamlined technology system.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology (or expected graduation within the next few months).
- New York State TSSLD Certification (or is in the process of obtaining it).
- Strong understanding of speech language and communication disorders in pediatric and schoolbased populations.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to commute or relocate to New York NY before starting work.
