Position: CDL B Driver / Vac Truck Operator
Location: Charlotte NC
Pay: $23.00 $32.00 per hour

What Were Looking For:
- Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement: Essential for operating our specialized vehicles. If you dont have the endorsement we will support you in obtaining it.
- Experience: Previous experience with vacuum trucks and storm/sewer lines ispreferred
- Manual Transmission Skills: Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds frequently throughout the day.
- Team Player: A reliable driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Commitment: Willingness to work long hours and travel when necessary.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Driving and Operation: Approximately 20 of your time will be spent driving with the remaining 80 focused on operating the VAC truck and assisting with storm and sewer line maintenance.
- HandsOn Tasks: Lifting manhole lids and if necessary climbing into manholes to address various issues.
- Equipment Management: Operating VAC truck hydraulics and boom while adhering to safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
- Talented yet Humble: Skilled in your craft but open to feedback and always striving to improve.
- Smart but Always Learning: Quick to grasp new concepts and committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
- Individually Capable While Supporting Others: Able to work independently and take initiative yet always ready to lend a hand and support teammates when needed.
- Accountable and Respectful: Takes responsibility for your actions while maintaining a respectful positive attitude towards others.
- Organized and Structured but Adaptable to Change: Able to maintain structure and manage multiple tasks efficiently while remaining flexible and open to change when circumstances shift.
