Job Description
We are looking for you if you:
- Are Pega CSSA or CLSA or have relevant experience.
- Like to know how everything works under the hood.
- Have analytical skills.
- Are familiar with Agile/Scrum.
Youll get extra points for:
- Having experience of working in a complex regulated environment such as a large financial institution
- Being a team player
- Acting as lead engineer on projects.
- Having experience in knowledge transfer.
About the Squad:
We are building a new Pega team to develop applications for ING business units. We are currently looking for experienced engineers.
Your specific role in the team will depend on your experience skills and aptitude.
We have a position for:
- people who will be involved in writing applications based on the Pega platform according to business requirements
- technical leaders who will support the developers with their skills and decide on the shape of the applications to be built
- trainers and coaches who will help develop the skills of the juniors.
