Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. About this role: The Lead Clinician position provides a range of clinical case management services coach and support assigned staff and demonstrate leadership among the team.
The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position we service the following counties: Marion County. Core Business Hours
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide treatment to assigned caseload.
- Promote a healthy and supportive work culture
- Coach and supervise team members
- Crisis intervention and emergency services
- Leaderships skills & Professional Development
- Accountability & documentation
- Support & Orient incoming staff
- Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling or related field.
- LCSW LMHC LMFT LCAC required
- Minimum of two year experience working in human service related field
- Enjoys working with people dependable can work both as a member of a team and independently.
- Ability to organize manage time oral and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and willing to transport clients as needed
